Trauma RN: Critical Care Nurse & Mentorship

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a registered nurse to join the Trauma Unit within a leading Level I Trauma Center, providing direct patient care to a diverse and critical patient population including trauma, surgical, and acute care patients.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care, educate patients and families on managing injuries or illnesses, and coordinate communication across care teams to promote safety, quality and patient-centered outcomes.
