Fountain Care at Sunset Hills is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care and supporting both residents and staff in a skilled nursing environment.
Schedules available: 3p-11p & Weekends 7-3/3-11/11-7

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and daily nursing operations during the shift
- Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and physician communications
- Support and mentor CNAs, LPNs, and nursing team members
- Respond to resident concerns and changes in condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent resident outcomes
RN Supervisor Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Missouri
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
