Med-Surg RN – Long Term ; Nights

Support multiple hospitals as a Regional Float Medical-Surgical RN within a large health system, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in acute Med/Surg units. This position offers extended assignments at individual hospitals to foster familiarity with teams, workflows, and promote stability compared to traditional float roles.

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and care planning based on nursing expertise.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve care quality and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and interprofessional teams, advocating for patient needs.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in professional development and mentorship, fostering a positive work environment.
• Apply leadership skills to coordinate care and support team members.

• Minimum 2+ years of acute care Med/Surg RN experience.
• Current RN license in Missouri and ability to obtain Illinois RN license.
• Strong adaptability, resourcefulness, and ability to integrate quickly into new teams.
• Educational requirements include ADN, BSN, or MSN.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
