Clinical Nurse - PACU

Join a dynamic PACU team providing specialized post-anesthesia and critical care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards.
• Promoting patient and family-centered care through education on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.
• Developing and communicating individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patients, and families.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.

• RN license required; BSN preferred, ADN considered.
• Experience in critical care or Phase 1 PACU is preferred; new graduates considered.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.

• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
