Qualifications & Skills- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited CNS program
- RN licensure and certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing, charge, or leadership experience (preferred: 2-5 years, Doctorate in Nursing)
- Provide expert clinical care and guidance
- Educate patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Support clinical practice development and research activities
