Ortho Spinal Surgery Clinical Nurse Nights

This position involves providing direct patient care within a 32-bed orthopedic/neuro spine unit, focusing on elective surgeries such as joint replacements and back surgeries. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, educating patients and families on post-treatment needs, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with the healthcare team, and proactive communication of care plans.

• Minimum education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree
• Licensure: RN license required
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and two years of experience
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work safely and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Promote patient and family-centered care and educate on illness management
