Clinical Nurse; Surgical PCU

Join a specialized 19-bed Surgical Progressive Care Unit caring for high-acuity patients recovering from complex surgeries, including abdominal transplants, hepatobiliary procedures, ENT surgeries, plastic and orthopedic microsurgeries, and trauma cases.

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in safety, quality, and compliance activities while supporting professional development.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team and patients.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers to involvement.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices.

• Required:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN license.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 2+ years of experience.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
