Responsibilities include:

• Promoting a healing environment through education and support
• Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations
• Ensuring effective communication across care teams

Qualifications and Skills:

• Required:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, valid RN license
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, with at least 2 years of experience
• Competent in critical nursing skills, patient safety, and professional development
