Clinical Nurse - Surgical & Wound

This is a full-time outpatient nursing position focused on providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, care planning, and evaluation within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and medication administration. Nurses will develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively, ensuring effective communication across the care continuum. Critical skills include evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.

• RN license required;
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience is preferred; wound care experience is a plus.
