Role Overview
Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities- Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.
- Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
- Supports a safe environment, adhering to safety protocols, and participates in regulatory and quality improvement activities.
- Minimum education:
Nursing diploma or associate's degree; BSN preferred. - Licensure:
Active RN license. - Experience:
No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles. - Skills:
Passion for teamwork, commitment to orientation and learning new skills such as scrubbing and circulating, and alignment with organizational values of kindness, safety, excellence, respect, and teamwork.
- Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe working practices.
- Self-scheduling of shifts, with shifts consisting of 4/10 hour days, starting early morning.
- Call responsibilities include weekday and weekend shifts, with holiday coverage.
