Clinical Nurse - Pediatric Vascular Access

Provides direct patient care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities within established standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and compliance, while contributing to professional development.

• Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
• Maintains communication across care continuum to ensure seamless treatment.
• Supports a safe environment and adheres to regulatory standards.

• Minimum Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure:
  Active RN license.
• Preferred Experience:
  
  2 years of RN experience, vascular access or infusion expertise.
• Additional competencies include strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
