ICU Clinical Nurse - Nights

This position involves providing direct patient care within a specialized ICU unit, emphasizing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. The role promotes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and participation in safety and quality improvement activities. It requires developing individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural preferences.

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care aligned with standards and regulations.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medication administration.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Active RN licensure; ICU experience and ACLS certification preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
• Preferred: 2+ years of nursing experience.
