• Manage and evaluate staff, ensuring productivity aligns with operational objectives.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to business changes.
• Coordinate patient care based on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans, ensuring documentation compliance.
• Develop collaborative care plans and oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and communications.
• Conduct performance reviews, address disciplinary actions, and support staff development.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 2-5 years of experience; preferred 5-10 years with prior supervisory experience.
• Current RN license; additional certifications may be advantageous.
