• Deliver patient-centered care using evidence-based respiratory and critical care nursing practices.
• Monitor patients’ respiratory status and recognize clinical changes to support timely interventions.
• Coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Apply respiratory care protocols and ensure safe, high-quality treatment delivery.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families to support understanding and care plans.

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory care protocols and progressive/critical care nursing principles.
• Excellent clinical assessment, monitoring, and prioritization skills.
• Effective teamwork and clear communication in a fast-paced care environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
