We are seeking a client-focused, full-time veterinary surgeon to provide a wide range of surgical services including soft tissue and orthopedic procedures, as well as take outpatient appointments as time allows. Our AAHA accredited veterinary hospitals offer digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, therapeutic laser, full-service dentistry with digital dental radiography, and a wide range of soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. Our Pain Management Centers also offer rehabilitation services.

Our veterinarians enjoy a 40-hour work week, with a consistent schedule. There are no after-hours calls or emergencies, and we are closed on all major holidays. Veterinarians earn generous paid vacation, paid sick time, and five floating holidays per year.

• Up to a $100,000 sign‑on bonus.
• $120,000 minimum base salary.
• Commission opportunity – our average annual total compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $165,000.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
• Surgical residency trained and/or 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience suitable to our needs.
• DVM licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Missouri or eligible.
• DEA licensure in good standing or eligible.
• Federal Accreditation or eligible.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with primary care veterinarians, associated hospital departments, HSMO teammates and others contacted in the course of work.
• A commitment to practicing a high standard of medicine to include spectrum of care as necessary, upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
• Have an interest and/or training in canine rehabilitation and pain management.
• Are experienced in abdominal ultrasound or willing to be trained.
