The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property's exterior and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and appealing environment. Key duties include landscaping, irrigation system upkeep, trash removal, and assessing the grounds for repairs and hazards. The role involves inspecting amenities for safety, addressing inclement weather damage, and collaborating with maintenance staff and vendors. Emphasizing safety and professionalism, the Groundskeeper supports the community's visual appeal and assists with property upkeep tasks, including snow removal and preparing vacant units for new residents.

• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.

• 3+ years of Groundskeeping experience

$17 - $18

* Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
