This role involves maintaining the property's exterior and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and appealing environment. Key duties include:
- Landscaping and irrigation system upkeep
- Trash removal and waste management
- Inspecting amenities for safety and repairing hazards
- Managing inclement weather damage and working with maintenance staff and vendors
- Supporting snow removal and preparing vacant units for new residents
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
- Basic use of tools and personal smartphone technology
- 3+ years of groundskeeping experience
$17 - $18 per hour (final agreed‐upon rate based on qualifications and experience).
