CK Power is looking for a Quality Manager at our St. Louis, MO location. A Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes within our organization. You will ensure that products and services meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This position is crucial for maintaining high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Quality Assurance team including training, development and reviews.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and policies.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices.
  • Prepare reports on quality metrics and performance.
  • Work with manufacturing engineers to implement lean practices.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management).
  • Proven experience in quality management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
What Helps
  • Engine or generator industry experience a plus.
