Tenant Relationship Manager

This is a full-time position with fluctuating hours. Potential to work from home part-time. This job is commission-based with a minimum base draw that will be discussed during your interview. You will be responsible for managing those trying to buy a home through our rent-to-own program. You will handle inbound inquiries and phone calls, explain the program and answer questions, schedule showings, screen potential tenants, write paperwork, and walk clients through the home-buying process.

• Managing all leads that are assigned to you based on a round‑robin system
• Following up with potential tenant buyers to help them through the Home Ways home-buying process
• Scheduling showings
• Generating contract paperwork for closings
• One‑on‑one meetings with tenant buyers at closing
• Monitoring the tenant buyer's success throughout the duration of their contract

• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• Experience working in a customer‑oriented atmosphere
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
