Base pay range

$57,500.00/yr - $95,700.00/yr

Summary

Become a Showing Assistant with The Collective and take the first step in a rewarding career with a company committed to growth and opportunity. Based in the vibrant heart of St. Louis at 1806 Crittenden Street, you will be an essential part of our real estate team, responsible for coordinating property showings and elevating the client experience. This role provides a distinctive opportunity to gain practical real estate expertise and build important skills in a supportive, fast‑moving team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood highlights
  • Assist clients with scheduling appointments and follow‑up communications to ensure a seamless showing experience
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to prepare homes for showings, including staging and maintenance coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of showings, client feedback, and property availability
  • Support marketing efforts by capturing photos and videos during showings for promotional use
  • Uphold company standards of customer service and professionalism at all times during client interactions
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and real estate software applications
  • Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred
  • Ability to navigate and provide accurate information about local neighborhoods and properties
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and support
  • Knowledge of St. Louis real estate market is an advantage
  • We offer training, systems, and support to give you the tools to succeed
  • Real estate license is required within 30 days of hire
