We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to help prospective residents find their perfect home. You will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the property.

• Resident Relations:
  Greet, tour, and qualify prospective residents. Showcase the features and benefits of the property, highlighting its amenities and community atmosphere.
• Leasing:
  Assist prospective residents with the application process, including explaining leasing terms and conditions. Follow up on inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
• Marketing:
  Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting the property through various channels, including social media, online listings, and community events. Participate in resident retention activities and renewal efforts.
• Customer Service:
  Provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents. Address and resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Administrative Tasks:
  Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, resident information, and other pertinent data. Ensure all leasing documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with the property management team to achieve leasing goals and contribute to the overall success of the property.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales aptitude, and a customer-centric approach.
• Technology:
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Real Page) is a plus.
• Personal Attributes:
  Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others are essential.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and vehicle is required for this role.
