• Graduate from PLACE Launch and execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers and sellers, helping them achieve their real estate goals
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
