Leasing and Marketing Specialist - North St. Louis Region
We’re seeking a Leasing and Marketing Specialist to support our North St. Louis Region. This role drives leasing performance, conducts market analysis, and supports property-level marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities- Conduct market surveys and recommend rental rates
- Support leasing teams through training and performance tracking
- Report leasing metrics to Regional Property Managers
- Assist with property marketing and digital advertising
- Collaborate with on-site teams to improve occupancy and resident engagement
- Competitive salary: $50,000–$55,000/year
- Quarterly bonus potential

- 2+ years of apartment leasing or property management experience
- 2+ years of marketing experience (real estate or multifamily preferred)
- Proficiency with Craigslist, Facebook, and other digital platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor
- Willingness to travel within the North St. Louis region
- Must pass background, credit, and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
