Senior Scientist specializing in bioanalytical method development using LC-MS/MS and HRMS for large and small molecules, supporting drug discovery and development programs.
Responsibilities
- develop sensitive and robust bioanalytical methods for diverse molecules (proteins, antibodies, ADCs, oligonucleotides)
- troubleshoot complex assays
- oversee method transfer and implementation
- communicate project progress
- mentor junior staff
- PhD in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Analytical Chemistry with 2+ years or MSc with 5+ years of industrial bioanalytical experience
- strong expertise in LC-MS/MS, HRMS, and method development
- knowledge of GxP, SOPs, and laboratory safety
- experience with biotherapeutics, bioconjugates, or biopharmaceutical modalities
- familiarity with in vitro metabolism and PK modeling
biologics, ADCs, oligonucleotides, bioanalytical method development, regulatory compliance, GxP environment, and cross-functional collaboration with research and development teams.
Work Setuptypically laboratory environment, with potential safety hazards due to hazardous materials; physical work may involve exposure to biohazards.
