Day‑to‑day responsibilities include customer service, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, and working the fryer/griddle and more! Our fourth‑generation family business leadership looks out for all team members just like—you guessed it—family! Team member safety, pandemic or not, is our highest priority. Pay Rate: $15.00 - $19.20 per hour

Requirements

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
• 1+ years of food service or management experience
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
