Position:Server Compensation
Salary: $15.00 per hour, based on experience
ScheduleFull Time, 6:30am - 2:30pm
Responsibilities- Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
- Communicate specific resident orders, utilizing our state‑of‑the‑art point of sale system.
- Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community.
- A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
- If under the age of 18, must provide proper school‑work authorization (if applicable).
- Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations.
- Strong customer service presentation skills.
