• Operate dishwashing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
• Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition, empty trash and move to dump site, comply with local sanitation standards
• Perform opening and closing procedures; contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of facility

• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility with evenings and weekend schedule to work as required
