Fan Duel Sports is the central gathering place and entertainment plaza of Ballpark Village with two levels and 20,000 square feet of entertainment market space. The venue features world‑class audio and video presentation across more than 1,200 sq ft of HDTV, including a 40 ft LED, a 100 ft long retractable glass roof, a stage for live concerts, LED ribbon boards, a 200‑seat restaurant and VIP lounge area.

• Provide an energetic, outgoing, fun personality while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform varied duties to ensure all aspects of the proper steps of service.
• Offer polite, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Support serving staff, assisting them in ensuring that all customer needs are met in an expedient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Maintain service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift.
• Clear and clean tables in a timely manner.
• Reset tables according to specifications of location.
• Perform more than one task at a time.
• Communicate effectively with co‑workers.
• Communicate with guests clearly, patiently, courteously and with good humor.
• Complete all side work as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure safety.
• Clear all empty tables and set tables for new guests.
• Restock service stations.

• Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Communication skills are used extensively when interacting with guests, employees and third parties, reflecting highly on the venue, the brand and the company.
• Reading and writing abilities are used to answer guest questions regarding the menu.
• Basic mathematical skills are used frequently.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

• Strong ability to provide attention to detail.
• Carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Handle objects (including food and utensils), products, and bussing tubs/trays.
• Stand, bend, stoop, and kneel frequently.
• Must be able to move about the entire facility safely and efficiently.
