The Dishwasher ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, tableware, cooking equipment, and food preparation areas. This role supports smooth kitchen operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and glassware.
• Operate dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, trash, and recycling.
• Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks as directed by the manager.
• Follow proper chemical handling and sanitation procedures.
• Restock clean dishes and utensils for service staff and kitchen team.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to prioritize urgent needs during peak times.
• Uphold health and safety standards, complying with local and company policies.

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physical stamina: able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling needs.
