Winslow's Table is the casual, all day neighborhood concept of Take Root Hospitality
, a James Beard–recognized restaurant group that also includes Bistro La Floraison and Vicia
. Known for crafting brunch favorites as well as seasonally-driven menu items from morning till night, Winslow's offers a fast-paced position in a busy, longstanding restaurant.

We are seeking a passionate BOH person to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have prior professional kitchen experience, but we’re also willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to grow in a fine dining environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside a talented culinary team in one of St. Louis’ most celebrated restaurant groups.

• PM shifts are available Wednesday through Saturday

• Compensation includes hourly pay + team-based tip share ($15.00 hourly starting pay)

• Average earnings: $20-$23 per hour

• Prepare and execute dishes to the standards of the restaurant

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

• Assist with dish station as needed

• Support prep work, station setup, and breakdown as needed

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred

• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a fine dining environment

• Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced kitchen

• Team player with a willing and positive attitude as well as a commitment to excellence

• Punctual and reliable with flexible availability during scheduled shifts
