Part Sales Manager – Full Time

OverviewAuto Zone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Managers and MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high‑performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! customer service experience.
Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
- Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations.
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
- Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
- Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
- Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly while upholding company policies.
- Leadership:
Demonstrates integrity, decision‑making skills, and strong leadership abilities. - Flexible
Schedule:
Availability for full‑time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. - Exceptional Communication:
Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. - Automotive Retail
Experience:
Previous experience in automotive retail. - Certification:
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification preferred.
