PT Inventory Specialists keep our store running smoothly by receiving, ticketing, and preparing inventory for the floor. They also assist with markdowns, transfers, and return authorizations, among other tasks.

• Act in accordance with our HEART core values.
• Work a minimum of 8 hours per week performing inventory‑management duties.
• Process new shipment deliveries and maintain quality assurance by inspecting for defects before placing items on the floor.
• Maintain purchase‑order records in our point‑of‑sale system and manage invoices and price ticketing.
• Collaborate with store leaders and merchandisers on product placement.
• Manage daily replenishment of sold items and pulls for the floor.
• Run a fulfillment queue for web orders and inter‑store orders, pulling, processing, and shipping them promptly.
• Conduct weekly checks of returned items and execute transfers to vendors.
• Transfer product to other stores or the company warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and assist merchandisers in maintaining a well‑stocked sale section.
• Maintain general organization and cleanliness of the back‑room.
• Order store supplies weekly and ensure packaging and other necessities are available.

• Collaborative with strong creative problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a store setting.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to climb a ladder when required.
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds independently and move items up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.
