As a Brand Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, bringing our brand to life for customers. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing excellent service to foster brand loyalty, and educating customers about our products and loyalty programs. You will collaborate with your leadership team to deliver a top-tier customer experience using an omni-channel approach.

• Treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service through suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Meet personal goals that contribute to store success.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized work environment.
• Handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.

• Effective communicator, able to interact well with customers and team members.
• Customer-focused, providing exceptional service on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Proficient with retail technology.
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.
