As a M  Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first & sometimes the only person interacting with our Customers. Your contact with every Customer plays an essential role helping us create smiles by making lives easier. Your professionalism & optimism are vital to creating a pleasant experience for Customers. You are the face of Domino’s!

Job Description
  • Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders in a friendly, efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment for both team members and customers
  • Prepare high-quality products consistently, adhering to company standards
  • Utilize advanced equipment and technology to process orders and payments
  • Manage time effectively and multitask in a competitive work environment
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed
  • Operate various equipment within the store safely and efficiently
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work atmosphere
Qualifications
  • Must be {AGE} years of age or older
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and counting change
  • Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer‑first mindset
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
  • Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Team player mentality with a goal‑oriented approach
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
