As a M Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first & sometimes the only person interacting with our Customers. Your contact with every Customer plays an essential role helping us create smiles by making lives easier. Your professionalism & optimism are vital to creating a pleasant experience for Customers. You are the face of Domino’s!
Job Description- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders in a friendly, efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment for both team members and customers
- Prepare high-quality products consistently, adhering to company standards
- Utilize advanced equipment and technology to process orders and payments
- Manage time effectively and multitask in a competitive work environment
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed
- Operate various equipment within the store safely and efficiently
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work atmosphere
- Must be {AGE} years of age or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and counting change
- Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer‑first mindset
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Team player mentality with a goal‑oriented approach
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
