We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves customer service, processing sales and loans, and engaging with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms (in FFL locations).

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and display merchandise.
• Conduct sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer incoming calls professionally.
• Explain legal aspects of transactions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Participate in training and other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and team spirit.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system experience.
