Warehouse Fulfillment Lead

We’re seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Lead to oversee daily order fulfillment operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely shipping. This role supervises warehouse associates, coordinates workflows, and supports continuous improvement in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

• Lead and coordinate picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Supervise and train warehouse associates
• Monitor order accuracy and packaging standards
• Assign tasks and balance workloads to meet daily goals
• Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean warehouse

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred)
• 3+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience, including 1+ year in a lead role
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and shipping procedures
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and scanning devices
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
