• Guest Service
  • Greet customers warmly and deliver attentive, friendly service
  • Assist customers with product selections and answer questions about Italian specialty items
• Deli Operations
  • Slice, weigh, package, and label deli meats and cheeses accurately
  • Prepare customer orders efficiently and ensure order accuracy
  • Stock and maintain deli cases, displays, and merchandise
  • Assist with inventory rotation and restocking products as needed
• Sanitation & Food Safety
  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Keep workstations, equipment, and counters clean and organized
• Teamwork
  • Work closely with team members to keep the deli running smoothly, especially during busy periods
  • Support general department duties as needed

• Previous deli, grocery, restaurant, or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting
• Willingness to learn about Italian meats, cheeses, and specialty products
