Like what you hear so far? Here's the nitty-gritty... This position location is at the Pro Source of St Louis. You will be paid a competitive salary of $45k plus bonus potential with growth opportunities within the showroom. Benefit packages are also available.

• Work with the sales team to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Call members and notify them when their merchandise is ready for pickup or inform them of expected delivery dates and/or backorders.
• Assist in keeping the sales area and showroom in grand-opening ready condition.
• Maintain showroom pricing of K&B displays and samples.
• Be comfortable answering the phones and asking the customer questions so that you can help direct them to the right person or provide them with answers.
• Assist our team of Account Managers by facilitating the sales process, including providing the status of orders, and answering customers' questions.
• Understand and explain the benefits of Pro Source to trade professionals and homeowners.
• Manage returns and return order authorizations, claims, and warranty issues.
• Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the business.

• Experience in sales and/or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially presenting to customers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest or background in Interior Design a plus.
• Cabinet, Counter top, and/or Plumbing knowledge a plus.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A general understanding of technology and the internet (using mobile devices, apps, and internet searches).
