Overview

Join Equipment Share as a Rental Coordinator at our rental facility in St. Louis, MO. Build the future of construction with us.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑5:00 PM. Overtime pay after 40 hours.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the Equipment Share rental process.
  • Build relationships with contractors and construction principals; educate customers on how Equipment Share can save them money and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring 100% satisfaction and keeping them informed of new services.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints or other communications.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve the customer experience.

  • Great listener, cares about solving customer problems.
  • Energetic about building, nurturing, and maintaining customer relationships through the rental process.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
  • Adaptable to fast pace; continuous learning on latest products and services.
