ScheduleMonday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑5:00 PM. Overtime pay after 40 hours.
Primary Responsibilities- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the Equipment Share rental process.
- Build relationships with contractors and construction principals; educate customers on how Equipment Share can save them money and increase efficiency.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring 100% satisfaction and keeping them informed of new services.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints or other communications.
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve the customer experience.
- Great listener, cares about solving customer problems.
- Energetic about building, nurturing, and maintaining customer relationships through the rental process.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Adaptable to fast pace; continuous learning on latest products and services.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
