Rapid Fire Safety & Security is a leading provider of fire, life safety, and physical security services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Specialist to manage and optimize our contract renewal processes and ensure client satisfaction.
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Job Type: Full‑Time
Position OverviewThe Inside Sales Specialist oversees the renewal of client contracts, ensuring terms are met, collaborating with internal teams and clients, negotiating, documenting, and promoting smooth renewals.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management:
Review and analyze expiring contracts to identify renewal opportunities and ensure alignment with company policies and client needs. - Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the renewal process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. - Negotiation:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and contract adjustments for mutually beneficial agreements. - Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and manage renewal documentation, including contract amendments and extensions. - Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on renewal metrics such as success rates, timelines, and client feedback. - Process Improvement:
Develop and implement strategies to streamline and enhance the contract renewal process. - Collaboration:
Work closely with sales and customer‑service teams to coordinate renewal activities. - Additional Services:
Inform customers of additional services, partner with sales to set appointments, and promote payment by ACH.
- Education: High‑school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications in contract management are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum two years in office administration, client relations, or a related field. Inside‑sales experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
