About the Position:

  • Provide leadership, motivation, management, and evaluation of sales team members. This role will also involve developing, implementing, and maintaining a strategic sales plan while being responsible for all aspects of sales operations to achieve lasting company loyalty.
  • Identify market opportunities and establish strategies to maximize revenue and profitability to grow total market share by 1% each year.
  • Oversee multiple manufacturing lines by leveraging effective communication and fostering inclusivity, while adhering to the company's market-oriented approach.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Proficiency with required equipment and software; strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop effective sales plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to raise issues and concerns promptly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; documents work in a clear and concise manner.
  • Possesses and maintains a high degree of confidentiality and an approachable, friendly demeanor.
  • Works independently with minimal direction and oversight; proven ability to complete work with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Compatible with working branch hours and extended days as needed.
