What You'll Do

* Generate and close residential and commercial roofing sales

* Perform roof inspections and guide customers through insurance and project processes

* Build relationships with homeowners, business owners, property managers, and adjusters

* Manage projects from signed contract through completion

* Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality and timelines

* Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of sales experience in roofing, construction, or exterior restoration

* Proven closer with strong communication and negotiation skills

* Self-motivated and goal-driven

* Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting roofs

* Tech-savvy (CRM, smartphone, tablet)

* Valid driver's license

Compensation

* Base Salary: $50,000-$75,000 (DOE)

* Uncapped Commission

* Realistic First-Year Earnings: $100,000-$150,000+

* Top Performers: $200,000+
