- Prospect and source new business through cold calling, email, and research
- Schedule and participate in meetings with C‑suite healthcare leaders
- Present physician recruiting services to prospective and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Research and stay up to date with market and business trends in physician recruitment
- Achieve daily and monthly metrics set for calls and meetings
- 10‑20% travel with territory managers within the Midwest region
- 2+ years of inside sales experience required; 4+ years without a bachelor’s degree
- 1‑2 years of healthcare staffing sales experience preferred
- Proven success in securing new business
- Strong organization and computer skills;
Salesforce experience preferred - Skilled in prospecting, cold calling, and presenting
- Professional, confident presence with the ability to engage C‑suite and medical professionals
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong relationship‑building and strategic thinking skills
- Stable work history with verifiable references required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
