Compensation:
Base salary $31,200‑$80,000 (varies by geography, experience, education), plus uncapped commission opportunities up to $100,000. Salary range is dependent on meeting or exceeding all sales goals.
Weekly hours: 40 (Regular)
Responsibilities- Receive paid training that provides the knowledge and skills to work independently in the field, with ongoing coaching and learning opportunities to stay current.
- Connect with existing customers daily and deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, technical delivery and issue resolution.
- Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- 1+ years of commission sales experience required; outside sales experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Valid driver’s license; ready to drive and use a company vehicle for official business only.
- Work a varied schedule to meet customers on their timeline – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
