Seasonal Selling Associate; FOH

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the selling team during the holiday season and helps deliver exceptional client experiences. The role welcomes clients, assists with sales and service needs, and works across store areas based on business needs.

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with the appropriate associate based on their needs.
• Serve in different areas of the store and process point-of-sale transactions as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting clients with management and follow up on customer requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with store operations.
• Introduce clients to services such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage, and package carry-out or delivery.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
