The Beauty Advisor represents the Natura Bisse line, provides exceptional customer service, and develops customer relationships to drive individual and vendor sales. The role includes clienteling, product and treatment consultations, and maintaining an inviting cosmetics counter.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
- Build customer relationships and deliver a strong experience from product approach through sale and follow-up.
- Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter and collaborate with team members and the account executive.
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated sales success and ability to meet or exceed quotas.
- Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and use online clienteling tools.
