The Beauty Advisor drives sales and builds customer relationships while representing the Trish McEvoy line at Neiman Marcus. The role delivers personalized beauty consultations and exceptional service while maintaining a welcoming, well-merchandised counter.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
- Build customer relationships, maintain client information and preferences in the clienteling system, and follow up with customers.
- Provide makeup and treatment consultations and applications while guiding customers through the sale.
- Maintain counter cleanliness and presentation, and work collaboratively with team members and the account executive.
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
- Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding sales quotas.
- Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
- Ability to use clienteling tools, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and work independently and collaboratively.
