Orange theory Fitness Missouri is seeking a Sales Associate to drive memberships through outbound prospecting, discovery consultations, and closing on first visits. You will proactively call and text leads, run studio tours, and convert prospects into paying members with energy and enthusiasm.
In this quota-driven role, you’ll call 20–30+ prospects daily, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with coaches to ensure a smooth first-time class experience. Weekend availability is required.
