The Sports Minded Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO. This role involves leading and motivating a sales team, setting daily goals, and providing coaching to ensure consistent performance. The Team Leader will engage directly with customers during events and activations, present client products and services, and drive sales results through face-to-face interactions. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, supporting training and onboarding of new team members, coordinating with marketing and event staff, and upholding brand standards at all times.

The role also includes reporting on sales outcomes, contributing ideas to improve campaign effectiveness, and fostering a positive, goal-oriented team culture.
