As a Cosmetic Sales colleague, or Beauty Advisor, your primary focus is to support our customers' beauty needs and drive sales. You will educate customers about products, make them feel beautiful and confident, and build strong client relationships. You should be comfortable communicating both in person and virtually, including via phone, and be skilled in providing customer consultations, such as makeup application.

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or sales; cosmetic sales experience is a plus.

• Stand/walk for extended periods.
• Frequent use of computers and electronic devices.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks like reaching and climbing.
